I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, performance pressure, compulsive behaviors, substance use, addiction, and major life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-led, with Narrative Therapy serving as my primary framework and additional influence from relational, systemic, existential, and parts-based perspectives. I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and cultural influences shaping their lives while identifying strengths, values, and preferred ways of moving forward.
